The short version. Paperjet lets you print documents, photos, scans, contacts, notes, and web pages to AirPrint printers. Some features require a paid subscription. You're responsible for what you print. The app is provided "as is."
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Paperjet mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using Paperjet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Paperjet is an iOS application that prepares documents, photos, scans, contact cards, notes, and web pages for printing and sends them to AirPrint-compatible printers on your local network. All content processing happens on your device; Paperjet does not host or store your files. Printer availability and print quality depend on your printer and network, which are outside our control.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Paperjet for your own lawful, non-commercial and internal business printing purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law or Apple's App Store terms.
Some features require a Paperjet Pro subscription, offered on a weekly or yearly basis. The following apply to all subscriptions:
Payments, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms. We do not process or store your payment details. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies.
You are solely responsible for the content you choose to print and for ensuring you have the right to print it. You agree not to use Paperjet to:
When printing web pages, you must comply with the terms and copyright of the websites involved. Paperjet does not encourage or facilitate copyright infringement.
Paperjet, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. You retain all rights to your own documents and content.
Paperjet relies on Apple (App Store, StoreKit, AirPrint) and RevenueCat (subscription management), and, when you use the Web page feature, on websites you choose to load. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or the content of external websites.
Paperjet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every printer, document format, or network configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or misprinted materials, arising out of or related to your use of Paperjet. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Paperjet at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Your continued use of Paperjet after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
